That med has not been sufficeintly tested to be certain if it will indeed help. India is desperate and so willing to try anythign that is not considered immediately threatening. The drug does have side effects as it inhibits cell growth. supposedly more in the virus cells and cancer cells than healthy cells. It does\ create heart stress and impact on the nervous system. Its not completley understood how it reduces cell growth. My opinion, i would not jump to anything in less the threat is huge and unavoidable. Covid is avoidable and not a serious disease of epedimic proprotions. The only reason its hurting as many people is that people basic level of health is so low. The solution is strengthening the base health and no drugs do that.
