My son was born with bilateral clubfoot, and while this was treated successfully, relapses can occur due to growth spurts. He currently wears a brace at night to prevent this, but at 4 or 5 the doctors no longer require it. Even then, about 20-30% still relapse which usually involves invasive surgery. I have an idea to predict major growth spurts so he can wear the brace again but just during that short period. Has anyone here done this successfully?
I can´t answer your question but wonder if you have looked for the karmic/emotional cause of your son´s condition?

@staffan I have not yet studied medical astrology but he has Saturn in 4th/Pisces aspecting a very starved Sun & Jupiter(Lagna owner) in 6th. Saturn also aspects Lagna. I won’t say too much because a baby can’t give me permission to make his chart public 😊 but Saturn is a very strong argala and yogada planet for him. I was running Jupiter/Saturn when I was pregnant and gave birth. Luckily Saturn doesn’t have any aspects from enemies and is in friend dignity.
I haven’t yet taken the PAC course but I plan to. Is that where I’ll learn more about the emotional causes?
I’m also thinking that Moon and Jupiter will have a say on growth spurts.
@karinia Yes, the integrity of your child is important, of course. It´s good to see that you think that way.
You could try gemstones. A green stone for Saturn in Libra where it´s exalted, perhaps. Have you taken the gemstone course?
The Sun rules the skeleton in general and within that system the bones, but Saturn rules the ligaments. Venus rules the cartilage.
Remember that before 4 years of age, we are basically running our mother´s chart, according to Ernst.
Jupiter and Moon for growth for sure, but that does not indicate the root of the problem, or am I wrong?
As for the emotional/karmic part of it, astrology and PAC may obviously be helpful. But we can also read the condition as an omen in itself

@karinia As for the gemstones, Libra is 8th from Saturn so maybe not the best choice afterall. I´d rather go for a Saturn ruled sign or Pisces itself, I believe. Depends on D9 and D30 I guess.
But a stone for the Lagna lord and the Lord of the trouble maker (Saturn) would be even more recommendable, I guess. Jupiter. It´s exaltation sign is the 8th in the chart though, so perhaps not that... Maybe in Sag or Pisces itself. In Sag it gets fantastic DigBala.
