Seeing Mental Illness from the Trimsamsa?

This is the chart of a man with schizotypal affective disorder. He is prone to bouts of extreme delusion. However, I really can't see it from the Trimsamsa chart, I can only see it in the Rasi. He has a debilitated (and ashamed) chart lord (mercury), which is also his AK. I am thinking that, and his Kapata yoga, is the primary cause of his illness. Can anyone see some similar happening in his Trimsamsa? 

P.S I recognize mercury not debilitated by degree, only by sign.
