I don't know much about astrological anatomy, but I was suprised to find out recently that Sun rules the right eye and Moon rules the left eye. Is this correct?
That reminded me of Thom Yorke of Radiohead, who has a characteristic drooping left eyelid. From Wikipedia: "He was born with a paralysed left eye, and underwent five eye operations by the age of six. According to Yorke, the last surgery was "botched", giving him a drooping eyelid." He was also bullied due to his eye and the eye patch he had to wear.
He has a pretty troubled Moon. It's in Aries with Saturn and Rahu, yikes! We don't know his exact birthtime, but he did say that in an interview that he is a "double Libra", giving him a sunrise birthtime 7 Oct 1968. With this birthtime the Moon is in a very close conjunction with Saturn. I attached an approximate chart to this post.
Interestingly Moon and Saturn also form a rag yoga for Libra lagna, 4th, 5th and 10th lords together in the 7th house. It's a full Moon with a lot of ucca bala. Also, Sun in the lagna is tucked in by two nice conjunctions in the 12th and 2nd.
He is known to be a pretty unhappy person at least when he was younger, but very successful and definitely doing his own thing. To me his music sounds exactly like you would imagine Saturn, Rahu and Moon to sound like in Aries.

I had a pterygium removed from my right eye at age 17. I was the youngest person my surgeon ever did that operation on. My Sun is db in the D30 and Sun rules the right eye.
I still have issues with my right eye in general, both my eyes have issues, but not vision issues.
