Quick question regarding Sunya Rasi of Tithi & Masa

Hello @ernst, hope you're well. 

In the Muhurta book you emphasize that the Moon shouldn’t be in the suunya rasi of the month; then you say the Lagna shouldn’t be the sunya rasi of the tithi…

but what about the other way round?

if the Moon is in the suunya rasi of the tithi? is it equally bad or less

Also, the pertinent bhava for an event, you write “shouldn’t fall in a Suunya Rasi", are you referring to both masa and thithi suunya rasis?
