Hi Ernst,

I have a quick question. In the Prediction with Vimshottari Dasa, you said planet in the 10th has a strong manifesting power. What if that planet is debilitated and in the 10th cusp/house? Being debilitated in the 10th will it manifest a little bit or will it hurt what it represents?  Thx!

That house will still have some manifesting power even though DB, but what it manifests will not be too big in most cases.
