Extracts Vs Whole Herb/Fruit Effects On Liver
Are concentrated herbal extracts, as often sold in liquid tinctures, a little more harsh on the liver than just using the basic whole herb version or eating the herb or fruit itself?
Is this usually the case?
No, the amount of alchohol is weaker, however, I think herbs freshly brewed in water are the way to go. I dont like to use tinctures.
