Darakaraka conjunct Ketu?

Hi everyone!

There's not much information about this. Here's the lineup I have:

2nd house from the ascendant -> Neptune-Ketu-Mars-Uranus in Aquarius.

I actually have the Mars/Ketu conjunction in the D7 and D9, too. 

From what I've studied and learned from others, this can represent a past-life connection with whomever my spouse will be -- one that needs to be resolved and completed. It can also indicate a spiritual and/or detached spouse. What I know about Ketu is that it gives comfort, but comfort doesn't usually lead to fulfillment :).  

What has been your experience with this? How do you think this will manifest? Also...can the outer planets impact the DK too?
