Public transport troubles

There has been an exact opposition Pluto-Mars Retro.
And a generalized chaos of public transport in France.
Could it be due to Pluto Mars R opposition?
What else is there? Moon transiting Rahu.
And a sign opposition parivartana Jupiter in Gemini, Mercury in Sag.

I was forced (together with other 20-30 people) to spend the night in Bordeaux (France), in the street, waiting for a bus which never came. It was a Flixbus. There was no way to contact them. Of course no phone. And the chat for help you find in the web was not available. Clicking on it had no answer.
I was coming from Bilbao (Spain) and we had a waiting transfer in Bordeaux from 23h to 00h35.
Several other buses with other destinations where coming, but they were saying they cannot contact Flixbus. They belong to other bus companies that Flixbus contracts.
In the Flixbus app our bus had come and was continuing his route.
But no body among us had seen this bus. Eventually around 2 o'clock one bus driver could and did phone Flixbus. They were asking for our Booking numbers in order to send us an email to tell us if our bus is still to come or whatever.
Less than 5 min after this phone call, we get this email, in English with an extrange German phone...

We were in the street, the train station is closed, there was not any bar, nothing at all open to get a bit warm. Some people said they tried to get into some hotel, but it was also closed.

In the early morning, train station opened and I could get a train to Paris. To transfer there to another train towards Basel. In the train several announcements of trains being canceled.

The saddest I saw was the story of a woman with 2 daughters, who really couldn't succeed to book anything. All kind of troubles, 2 of us were all these waiting hours trying to help her, but really there was no way. Her extreme doubtful state about what to do, which the good option be, didn't help. Finally it came 9 o'clock when the office of the train station opened and she could buy her tickets there. But as she got on the train she forgot the phone in the office. I know it because I phoned her from my train to know if she had managed, the man from the train office answered saying she has forgotten it, but I don't know if the tired mother even knows what has happened.
A couple of days ago the phone of one of her daughters was stolen. She had bought a new phone yesterday but that one couldn't be used yet.
