Saturn through 8th

Hello...I have a Leo lagna person with Ketu in 8th Pisces. The transit of Saturn through Pisces didn't give any change to his career, despite his conscientious attempts. Can it be because his Ketu in Pisces interiorazes the influence of Saturn?Or the fact that he has 4 planets in 10th. So many factors influencing the 10th reduce the impact of Saturn alone?Or his Saturn Rahu in 2nd, Virgo troubles this axis?Or it's just not always so? Not favorable dasas...or negating yogas...?Maybe in a few months, when Saturn will be retrograding? Pisces is even the 11th from his Moon in Taurus. Jupiter, Mars and Sun have been lately transiting also positive houses for that. 1, 9, 10, 11. Only Venus (10th lord) and Mercury have been troubled with Saturn and Rahu. Anything I am missing to look at?I haven't yet taken the course predicting with Vimshottari. Maybe it's needed...

Also got into cards and astrology with Saturn in my 8th. Seems to be a theme, indeed.
