Just sharing my experience with the Saturn 8H transit: My Lagna is in Leo and in the beginning of 2024 I quit my line of work of 12+ years which was in the corporate world and devoted myself to Astrology. I was also partaking in a startup project (in the food sector) with two business partners and that was dissolved a few months afterwards as well (we had been at it for about 3 years).
I was running Venus/Jupiter at the time (still am) and I have Rahu with Mercury in Pisces (8th sign) with the 8th and 9th cusp, Sun in Aries with the 10th cusp, and Jupiter and Venus in Taurus with the 11th cusp.

very similar to my experience as well. I’m Leo Lagna and AK Mars is in 8th in Pi. Sa going over had me come out with a new career endeavor of astrology.
Hello, so many Leo lagnas haha 😆 I will also share my experience: I'm a Leo lagna, when Saturn was just leaving my 7th house in 2023, it was the time when my all life just crumbled down with fireworks. When Saturn entered 8th house, I started researching about astrology, trying to figure out why my life is so intense that I can barely keep up and what to do next.. Soon after when Saturn went retrograde in my 8th house - I had my first astrology reading with one of Ernst's students (I knew nothing about astrology, just intuitively picked her), who told me that soon in January, 2024 I will start leaning towards astrology more (that time I was still considering continuing designing dresses, however, the urge for astrology was showing up). I took some time to research and learn a bit just to get myself introduced to astrology by watching things on youtube and by the time of 2024, I knew what I wanted to do and I knew I found my teacher, so I joined Ernst's forum and started learning astrology. I had strong outer planets influence in transit and Pluto conjunct my lagna lord in transit was on my sun in the natal chart.
I have my 10th house cusp in Aries, so the effect of career change was in 11th from the 10th rasi, not house cusp for my experience : )
not sure how these things works with people with long careers in same line! So they would have like 30-40 yrs career in same domain!
May be another role in same domain or for those in teaching profession a different subject to teach or one more subject added to their existing workload?! no idea
I haven’t done my original trade since my Saturn return in the 8th. I did get into astrology around then but I don’t know if it’s for career or just to help me improve myself. I’m a Gemini lagna with Mercury and Saturn in 8th with starvation from Moon in 5th and 5th lord with Rahu in 9th. A very good astrologer sees astrology as potential career but I just don’t feel ready yet. I get a lot of outside pressure to go back to software so I wonder if I will. Time has a little while longer to do its thing. Whatever I do, I’ll be doing it with a completely different mindset than before. Saturn definitely did his job in that regard.
