Saturn next to the  moon will help people say no to thing that they don't feel good about. Others may not like this because people are always pushing things on others. Whats great about this combo is that from there Moon cannot aspect saturn at all so they are not looking at wrong things to fulfill their needs, instead, they say no to all these things.
