So rahu also gives the results of Saturn and saturn rules the dasa lord Mercury and mercury is also the DK, and is in yuva Avastha. also, rahu is in 9th in birth chart and its lord is saturn there as well. Rahu is the first planet to give marraige, and in the 9th that inclines him more so.
@ernst, yes, thank you for taking the time to look at it, my dime fell a day later, when i remembered looking at the rasi, when it hit me , how i forgot that rahu was joined the 9th in the rasi and carry this relation to the varga, and so behave like the 9th lord. thank you so much again.

please can you confirm this point for me, if a planet is DB (shushupti), but in youth or adult avashta would he be able still to manifest his sign and any planet in it ? if not, can a manifesting planet aspecting it would be able to manifest that DB planet signs and whats in it? If it can , would the result be to the degree of the manifesting planet dignity, or would it be low as the DB planet (or not worth having)?
ALSO, if it is in an infant/old/dead avashta and DB, but aspecting his own sign, would he be able to manifest his sign and whats in it
A planet debilitaed adn in youth of adult can both manifest and let something fall apart. So yes, it can still manifest its stuff at times. And yes, a manifesting planet aspecting it helps it manifest. But still, there is potential for it all to fall apart at some point.
If a planet is db and old, etc. and aspecting its house it would not have the power to manifest.
