Hello All,

I have a friend who has a degree in journalism and also has written a book.

I have checked his chart, but could not find any combinations supporting writing. I have checked AK, D1, D9, D10, pada, upapada, but still nothing.

Can you please also check?

His birth details are:

22 February 1971, at 1.31 pm, birth place is Szeged, Hungary.

Ps. He has been working as ayurveda healer now.

Maybe you could also check healing combinations, I havent found them, either. I you feel like to.

Iam a newbie for jaimini and it was too late when I took a look at his chart, so I may have missed a few things.

Thanks in advance! 🙂

Hi Agnes,

His AK Mercury, that should be enough to make him a healer I think Aspecting 5th for clients, 8th for revealing secrets (working intuitively perhaps) and the Lagna. Plus the 11th, maybe he has got a diploma as a healer?

As for the author all I can find is Moon conjunct Sun in the Navamsa, which I believe activates the Moon. In Ernst´s PDF "predicting career" he mentions "planets joined the AK" in the Navamsa, but he also says that is if the Sun is strong - it is in your friend´s case - so I think that he might refer to the Sun, rather than the AK. Then whether Mercury in the second from the Moon makes an author I don´t remember, but I think so.

Just checked with my notes and yes, Mercury second from the Moon makes him an author. If Moon is activated as a career planet, that is, and I think it is as I described above. Sun stronger than AK (GF compared to F) joining Moon in the Navamsa.

No 9th house influence, so he´s not an author, not a storyteller, right? Third house - writing skills - is ruled by Mercury, and 7th house - audience, readers - are aspected/joined.

We can read the svamsa results from the AK in the rasi. From the AK in the navamsa, From the AK navamsa sign and put that sign in the rasi. When using this last method we read the chart from taurus. Reverse from taurus is moon and venus combo which is a writing combo. Mercury is the lord of the 3rd. Its ruler is saturn and saturn rasi aspects the moon and venus attaching them to the 3rd house of journalism and writing.

@ernst Hi Ernst, why does this activate the Moon as a career planet? For being 5th from Taurus?

I mean: Taurus svamsa, OK, then we look at Taurus in the Rasi. But how does that bring the Moon into the picture, that step I don´t get?

Is this method in the Jaimini course?

@ernst thank you, Ernst, that was the missing link. I have noticed that Moon-Venus conjunction, but thought it us 12th from AK. Taking the navamsha sign in rashi chart is the way this combination is activated! Thank you again!

Writing combinations can happen in 5th. Can also happen in 2nd and 3rd.

@ernst OK... I thought that was from the Moon, like Mercury or Venus in the 2nd, 3rd or 5th from the Moon, making a writing combo? Is that wrong or does it work that way too?

(For example Moon conjunct the AK and then Mercury/Venus in the 5th.)

In the D10, the other relevant varga for life's work, Venus and AK Mercury are both exalted and rashi-aspect each other.

There seems to be a healing alchemy to the Virgo-Pisces axis that people with strong karmic self factors in both rashis seem to be involved in. Its my favorite axis to study.
