Since cold extremities is linked to poor blood circulation, would there need to be affliction to Mars? Could a Mars conjunct Ketu and starving lagna lord Saturn possibly do it?
I'm thinking it's because of a nervous system dysregulation.

Moon is circulatory system. I have this and I have Saturn conjunct Moon in Trimsamsa. Saturn conjoined a graha will make it sluggish
@karinia Thank you for sharing :). I had a feel the Moon is involved too because I've noticed that when I feel at peace and love with myself, my hands and feet get warm.
My Moon is opposite Saturn and Saturn is sitting on my 4th cusp in the rasi. I think that has something to do with it. My D30 appears to be fine.
Have you noticed what you're feeling or doing that helps keep your hands and feet warm?
@curioussoul Eh, I ignored it for a long time. It used to be so bad that, even with gloves on in the 40s F, they would go numb and I couldn't use them to climb on hikes.
There's a trick to put your arms to your sides and rotate your hand up (like the attached photo). Then raise your shoulders up and down. It does something nervy and supposedly helps blood circulate better to your hands.
@karinia Wow. That's rough when you gotta do those physical activities! When I was in middle school and it was like 80+ degrees outside, a girl would use my hands to cool down her face. 😀

@amit Thanks for the reply! Yes, this makes sense. My Mars has positive lajjitaadi avasthas and is #1 in Shad Bala, but maybe that Ketu conjunction is hurting it.
It seems like my body is stuck in mild fight or flight response without any external triggers. I'm trying to figure it out why and heal it.
When planets are conjunct to Rahu or Ketu it's hard to figure out where things are coming from, needs total relaxation so deeper hidden imbalanced forces can be brought to harmony. Way to fix Ketu issues is through Rahu, perhaps you need to explore that territory first

This has happened to me sometimes off and on, comes and goes, not a complete chronic condition. In D30 I have Saturn DB rasi aspecting the Moon
