Dear Ernst and fellow seekers,

there are two moments I want to make a Muhurta for (both for the same person and business):

1: For the registration of the new business (at the registration office)

2: For the actual opening of the online store

It will be a business that sells products online.
For both these moments I’m doubting if I should follow ‘business/finance - store/business opening’ or ‘business/finance - all business transactions including buying & selling)

Could you clarify for me which guidelines to follow for these two events?

With gratitude,

Satyamaya

You can use store business opening for both times.

@ernst

I just found another factor that may or may not play a part in the whole event:

the individual that wants to open his business has already bought the domain for his webiste/webshop. This domain is the name of his company.

Should this be seen in any way as a start or beginning of his company? Does this play a role in the unfolding of the two events to come (registering the company and opening the webshop for the public)?

Thank you

@satyamaya Hi, I've done many Muhurtas for entrepreneurs and the reality is that all little steps have an effect on the overall business.

However buying the domain is not the same as starting the business, but it will affect the value of the domain or the relationship with the domain provider...

The ideal is to do all important actions in good muhurtas, but that's costly. For that reason people tend to only focus on the big opening, or launch of the website, if it's an online business.

Take as many steps as you can in good muhurtas and leave the best moment for when you're actually ready to start selling to the public.

@silvia what do you look for as most auspicious when doing muhurta for entrepreneur? or what have you seen having most success?

@quasar259 oh that’s a big question 😄 when someone asks me that I always remember a T-shirt one of my uni professors used to wear that said : “The only that matters is everything”

There’s no one, two or three things… it’s the chart as a whole.
I go really deep for Muhurta even looking at the cusps in the vargas when they can control the time they do something to the minute. Also, looking at the Jamini factors that are formed… all this on top of all Muhurta factors, so it gets very tricky.

A curious thing I’ve learned recently is that Mars in the 8th in D9 is really not ok, (even in good dignity). It will introduce a big change or break, so not doing that again…

The D9 lagna is very important and can save you in dire situations, the D9 lagna lord’s position in the D1 also of great help to keep something from not crashing.

Moon in Upachaya, alone, and waxing, with good aspects = very good asset.

Never overlook the dignity and aspects of Jupiter and Venus in D9, make sure they’re better than avarage…

I could go on and on…

Ultimately Muhurta is about knowing what to sacrifice, that’s why it’s so complex, cause you need to know the effects of so many things, are juggling with so many factors that is easy to short-circuit. I somehow enjoy this crazy detailed work.

@silvia I bet the D60 could be important as well. Especially when you can control the time.

@scott-m-19 absolutely. If you can use the D60, do it. But also try not to go mad in the process 🙃

@silvia Exactly...

But what you said is so true..."knowing what to sacrifice"...

I just try and find the moment that feels and makes the most sense after researching the muhurta factors with as many positive factors as possible to put it vaguely.

@silvia this is helpful, thanks!  I can see D9 importance from the idea of being anchored on one's path; is it how anchored, rooted the event/action will be?  Would a plausible example be a good D1 will have a nice veneer but if there are problems like you mentioned in the D9, something more fundamental or structural will come up to cause a problem?

@quasar259 yeah, I see the D1 as the tip of the iceberg, it's incredibly important, cause if it's not good, it's over before it can even start, if you know what I mean. But it's just the start... The d9, numerologically, is 9, the last number, before 10, which is really a 1. So the D1 and D9 make a sort of beginning and end, so D9 helps d1 have a path to go somewhere. But then you have the rest of the Vargas to see the real problems that will occur. Or not occur, if you factor in Vargas in Muhurta.
