[Solved] Ashtamangalam question

Hello Ernst and all! 

I used Ashtamagalam to ask about the energy of an "old" house (1972), the response was: 

3 6 9    (the present of the house is exactly like 6 says "rheumatism" the house is empty, cold and has water leaks)

Remaider: 5 (positive) 

but 

the middle and right digits are both malefics (6 is SA, 9 is KE)

Ketu always makes me doubt... Does Ketu indicate problems in the future regarding the present Saturnian situation of the house or will Ketu bring even more problems in the future? 

with this information, would you invest in this house?
