Hi @ernst and friends,

We know that in about every 60 years, we would get similar repetitions of the Rasi charts. But the degree and minute and hence at the varga charts level, things will forever be unique because planets will never align at the same exact orientation ever. This explains how every batch of 60 years would bring unique set of souls on earth.

But if we compare birth charts of current Dwapara Yuga with let's say those of Sat Yuga, where the average level of mankind's consciousness will be highly aware more aligned with divine cosnciousness, is this difference in level of consciousness something that can be observed in some way within the scope of the birth charts(including vargas)? Or is it something outside the scope birth charts since yugas are based on the proximity of our solar system w.r.t the center of our galaxy, whereas birth charts indicate only things within our solar system?

In the satya yuga what is happening is the quality of the intelligence is higher than in kali and other yugas. This is based on how close to the galactic center our solar system is as the galactic center is the center of the intelligent energy that creates the galaxy we live in. The worst planet in the chart has all the potential needed in it. But, in the lower yugas, there is not the intelligence present to recognize that potential. By doing spiritual activities, we can raise the quality of our intelligence above that of the yuga we live in and through that discover amazing potentials in our worst planet that has thus far only felt like a plague to our lives.

@ernst

Does Vishnu represent the entire universe or just the Milky Way galaxy? Since Bramha (Vishnu nabhi or Vishnu navel) is interpreted as the galactic center, I am wondering if Vishnu is restricted to just our galaxy and not the entire universe?

If Vishnu is just the galaxy, then what does the stuff outside Milky Way mean to us?

@ernst What are some good ways to understand and bring out the highest potential of a planet in our chart? Other than healing Lajjitaadi avasthas, I personally found the following way to be very useful -

How the planet would function if it was in exaltation(garvita) in my chart, i.e. for my ascendant based on the bhava yogas it would form, contrasted with how it would perform if it was in a debilitated position in my chart. This inspired from Ryan Kurczak's planets of an ascendant series on Youtube. I found it to be very useful for me in understanding the conscious blueprint of my ascendant, so much that I would say it has been as useful learning Lajjitaadi Avasthas, or healing Rahu-Ketu.

What other things can one use to figure out the highest potential of a planet in one's chart?

By Vishnu's manifest form is meant all the universe. But our existence is really dependent simply on our galaxy, ,so we do not need to analyze the motions of the universe. The center of the universe is somehwere in the direction of virgo constellation. So that would be the v ishnu nabhi of the universe. The vishnu nabhi of our solar system is the center of the milky way. The pattern repeats itself. Our galaxy does not revolve around the center of the universe direclty, it revolves around other things that revolve around the center of the unverse...maybe, or around other th ings that revolve around the center of the universe... so the pattern is repeated.
