Laajita Avastha formation in 5th Rasi and bhava?

Hi everybody

I have a doubt if Laajitaa Avastha is also form when the pertinent conjunction happens in the 5th Bhava Cusp,
even if it falls in the 4th Rasi from the Lagna for example.
Or we have to consider it only in the 5th Rasi from Lagna?

It can form in any rasi. In 5th rasi from lagna, any planet with Sun, Mars or Saturn will get ashamed. In any other rasi, they need rahu or ketu too to do the shame.

Ernst considers it to be 5th rasi from lagna.

It has to do it being 8th rasi from the 10th rasi and hence is linked with failing to do some karma or maybe doing something wrong
