I've this placement on my own birth chart in Virgo. (Gemini ascendant, Rahu on 10th house). I've been spending a lot of time contemplating on this conjunction. I can see how I have this separation of emotions toward my mom, and I am hyper sensitive in general. I've moved quite a lot since I was little (3 continents, 5 countries, and 8 cities to be exact) and never felt like I belonged to anywhere, until recently I finally understand the quote from Maya Angelou—"You only are free when you realize you belong no place — you belong every place — no place at all."
I also noticed a life pattern where I tend to give up material stuff in order to pursuit of a more spiritual oriented lifestyle. Now that I am turning 34 this year, this pattern is happening again, and I am starting to worry how this Rahu and Ketu have been effecting me. Like, am I living in my own bubble and in denial on the material world? (I gave up two high pay corporate jobs back to back in 5 years without any big plan simply because I can't show up anymore. I rather earn barely enough pay as a yoga teacher and trust that my inner being is guiding me.)

There is an argala in 4th house which is a moksha trine engaging you in spiritual life as a bigger focus. However rahu in 10th asks for growth in artha house. That means you should not ignore opportunities that can give you a stronger career and taking more responsibilities thus becoming a powerful person and financially stronger. Rahu joined to 11th cusp in Pisces shows you have to evolve your understanding to next level which will eventually give you visibility among larger groups. But much depends on what dasha you are running and what are your career factors.
