You have six ninth interchanged. My understanding is anytime you have an interchanged between the 6th lord and any other house, you have the misery yoga. This is not as bad as 6th 8th interchange. 9th house is similar to the 4th house. 4th house is your mother, 10th house is your father and 9th house is your parents. 9th house gives you the sense that life will take care of you. It is the trust in life believing that it will work out for you. When it is interchanged with the 6th house, life will always fall short of what you expected. Things work out for others but not for you. People do what they believe is the right thing but life's return is not good for them. The 9th house is the house of belief. It always fall short of that belief or what you expect from that belief.

@khan I believe yogas are mostly based on house lords regardless of the signs. For what it’s worth, in the Hellenistic tradition, any house lord exchange is seen as positive (it’s called mutual reception and it’s considered a “bonification” of the planets in question), the trick is about finding the common ground of the planets in question and how they can mutually support each other. How can Mars and Saturn be a team (in your case)? You can look at it this way too.

What i learned from this class is even though one might have a misery yoga, i would look at the entire chart meaning i don't quantify just the Parivarthana yoga on a chart. I look at all the other yogas in the chart. That planet might form a misery yoga but at the same time that planet might also be forming a raja yoga with another planet. There will be an element of misery but there is also this raja yoga that is going to give success and power that the person is going to enjoy as well. Planets give more than one yoga for sure. I also look at the dignity of that planet. If that planet is exalted while forming a misery yoga, then i interpret that to be less of a misery.

I remember Ernst went over the chart to the wealthy financier JP Morgan, Sr and he has the misery yoga 2/6. If you just look at Parivarthana yoga alone you are going to say this guy is going to have obstacles financially since it is the 2nd house. But contrary he was very wealthy. He had several wealth yogas in his chart one being Mars Jupiter conjunction. Also his planet that formed the misery yoga was exalted so his misery was not as bad. He was very wealthy despite of this misery yoga in the 2nd house, but there was an element of misery in his life as it relates to wealth according to his biography.

@tuyetv yea, but JP Morgan created misery for all of us for years to follow...to this day...having to pay for electricity when it could be free.  ????????????
