Hello. Sorry that you are making such experiences. I can relate and its very difficult. I hope and pray that you will be better soon. I went through an intense mental health crisis beginning 2022 where I developed OCD which was based on intense fear and panic attacks. Its a long story. I worked on these issue(s) a lot with different methods. Fortunately by God's grace and all the help I got its much much better now. If you want we can exchange about that my number is +49 178 3562962. You can contact me via WhatsApp or Telegram. Kind regards.
I have Rahu conjunct a DB Saturn, so I believe I speak out of experience.
To me not resist the force of anxiety has been the key.
Concretely lying down on the ground worked for me when it was as it worst.
To me anxiety is a bear. It seems terrifying but can actually be a really good friend. It doesn´t want to harm but to liberate us.
It can´t say it was easy, but i learned to recieve my anxiety as a friend. And I missed him when he left.

Another idea, unconventional and certainly take baby steps with this but, what about trying to give yourself a panic attack intentionally? Hear me out - maybe have a friend with you or someone you feel very safe with and tell them the plan ahead of time. Then do something that would normally trigger it, preferably on a weekend off when you have a free days to recover. Especially with the added fear of being around people, this seems like part of the fear you need to start metabolizing. Such as, crying in front of another person. After all, they will survive, won't they? Your friend can then take you home and you can rest. Like the story of the surgeon that could not stop sweating during surgery. Someone have him the advice to sweat as much during a surgery as possible. Afterwards, he never sweat during surgery again. It is your fear of making contact with this emotion and sensation in your body that is triggering it. If you can make small amounts of contact with it in a safe and controlled manner, for example, when you have time off with, fridge completely stocked with fully prepped meals ready to go, etc., then you can consciously contact the emotion and also give yourself time to recover. I'm the future, knowing how to navigate this emotion in a conscious way could only be a net positive for you, don't you think? It is the psychological theory of implosion. Like if you're deathly afraid of spiders, putting a spider on you on purpose to deal with your fear. Even people with severe allergies are actually treated nowadays by giving them extremely small amounts of what they are allergic to in order to build up their tolerance, such as peanuts. How does this help, you ask? If they accidentally make contact with peanuts, they won't die. Their body has built up some amount of tolerance. In a pinch or when you do not have the controlled environment anymore and again you experience a panic attack, you will have more experience navigating the situation. I've been in Rahu for many many years - welcome to the roller coaster!😂 I speak from experience with all of this! Another thing, I develop severe allergies and stimulant sensitivities when I entered Rahu. Yes, you have to cut back on caffeine, nicotine and alcohol. Also be careful with prescription drugs. This is what I recommend and what helped me.
All the best,
J
